Cancel Button works as it cancels the indicators but has lost its click, its like pressing a calculator button.

Is there a cheap replacement switch i could buy to swap out?
If so how do i get the rh switchgear apart, screw on the front face but what else should i remove

:thumb2

My advice would be to leave it alone. The switch is doing it's job all be it without the click. You will probably end up with a lot of work for little gain.

But if you still want to proceed.

You will need to remove the mirror to gain access to the screw at the back. Once the switch gear is off the handlebars disassembly is straight forward.

But before you proceed do a search on this sight for "micro switch" and read some of the popular threads on the subject. They will also give you links to alternative switches.

Good luck

What? They're supposed to click?

Had BMW's for 13 years and never knew that. Is there a blissful ignorance smilie?

Thanks for the info.:thumb2. As you say probably best left if its all working which it is.

By clicking i meant the button movement clicks when you push it home, not an audiable sound.:)

My early K100RS cancel button never clicked from new, my '01 K1200RS and my '05 R1150GS do. I wonder when they changed design, what year is your bike?
