INDICATOR GUARDS

Have ordered some for the rear of the bike from eblag. I had a rear one fail/snap the day before a two week tour. Luckily my dealer and them in stock.

In the mean time have been keeping the side panniers on the bike when parked in the garage.

Interesting that your dealer also had them in stock...they must sell a lot of them to keep in stock

I definitely didn't suggest you buy one of those bloomin' things!

Incidentally, what boots do you have? I have the Rev'it Discovery Outdry, which are really very nice. Look up "Mototrek" on Youtube - he does a really practical review. Mine were 289 at sportsbikeshop.co.uk last year. Order the next size up (or both sizes - they do free returns). They're 330 now, so I'll have cost you quite a bit which will obviously cheer me up, but you won't regret your choice! :D

Ended up getting these, plenty for my needs, and at 44% off cant go wrong, I ordered 1 size up.

Good job Sea Dog said go up a size, I did and just arrived and size 48 is a true UK 12 fits nice and snug, I normally order 47 but they would have been to small......:beerjug:

Glad to have been of service. :)
Hope you like the boots. Still think you should've gone for the Discovery ;) but, that aside, they do look a pretty decent pair of boots and Rev'it do some good gear. Fc-moto have some rather good prices too: I bought my missus her Klim Altitude jacket from them for a steal, but I'll bet returns are a bit more of an issue than with Sportsbikeshop.co.uk who get most of my kit business because of their free returns policy.

For 94 euros I really cannot go wrong, saved the rest for rear turn signal guards :jes

Well joke is on me, left turn signal screw comes out OK, damn right side rear one, just turns on itself...............

You shouldn't have left that one til last - it's always the last one...

No problem, will drop the number plate thingy later and see whats going on behind the screw, cannot be bothered going to BMW for that unless its knackered, because its under warranty.

Sorted, cannot believe that cheap little bit of plastic, that is supposed to stop the nut turning on itself, anyway job done, and pics to show the nut that holds the indicator turn signal screw, and for wisecracks slippers as well.

Ah yes, reminds me of when I fitted LED indicators to my ex-ORS GS. When I got the rear rack off and saw this, did I laugh!
