Indicators for metal panniers

My old man has just got a set of zega panniers for his 1100, anyone know the best place to get a bracket to re mount the indicators to fit with the panniers?
Also what are these performance chips from e bay like? They go for around the £30 mark, anyone got any expeirience with them?
