Just a brief one:D

Finally got the XR finished and sorted, so nipped into town to give it a run

Had the idea to call in on Fritz to see if he was in and stop for a brew

He was:thumb

Although it was nearing 4pm and he was going out at 6.30pm, he still suggested that we ahould check out some very local lanes - despite not being attired in proper riding:blast

So off we went, riding a couple of trails in and around Sutton Bank area of Yorkshire

As expected the trails were very wet and bloody muddy - so we were soaked within the first 30 seconds:rolleyes:

Never mind, it took us back to being kids when we would trail ride in jeans and trainers:eek

Only had 1 downpour, so we sheltered under a tree

3 lanes done, 15 miles covered and probably about 2-3miles on trails in about 1 hour................nice and handy

Just a few pics of the area

That XR's looking dead sweet :thumb2

Andres

Cheers Andres, after a bit of hard work, frustration and 'elbow' grease it's now a stunner and very original, it's a really good 14 yo trail bike - even though it's kick only (proper bike, non of this namby-pamby leccy business:P)
