I have a yearly travel insurance policy with insure and go ,I recently contacted them to inform them of a change in health condition and have received a amended policy however I did not get a certificate of insurance only a schedule and although this has all the relevant details is this enough or do I need to contact them again .

With most ‘Off the shelf’ Travel policies, you do not get a certificate per-se, the policy and the schedule of ‘relevant details’ are sufficient
PS When asking for advice from the forum, it’s only polite to throw in a ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. Lots of bods can’t be arsed to do so, but will moan like fury about the lack of manners their perceive in others. Thank you for your future kind attention.
