Run away. Many of the brokers in the top 10 cheapest quotes on a comparison site are also owned by Markerstudy. Express, C Nash, Swinton, Mackenzie Hodgson, Lancaster et al.
Tried Devitt and asked for a policy from Aviva or Ageas? None of these companies are part of Markerstudy.

My wife’s car was insured with markerstudy.
Written off last year after minor collision, needed a phone call prompt from me which then led to a formal complaint.
Paid up in the end but like all insurance it’s a hard slog.
