Carole Nash rip you off 30 pounds for any and every change to your policy, even changing a number plate, really poor in my opinion. Will never use again and will advise every person who asks to avoid them like the plague!! Bike Specialists ???? I think not. got too big for there own boots and forgotton fairness.

Mid term adjustments..............everyone charges them - no other insurance broker is any different

Add/Subtract/Buy a fancy plate....................you'll get charged

They all do it, robbers.

Charged £59 admin fee to cancel a policy by express ins.

Thanks for your replys, I have been with Bennets 7 yrs with no claims and clean licence. My bike is a R1200GS SE and Bennets do not have the SE model on there list so they classified the bike as a standard bike with extras so the (Heated grips, Topbox, Panniers, all standard on SE) Extra driving lights, Fender extender, and Mudsling, are all classified as extras. even though they do not increase the performance of the bike they will not accept me.

Unless they have come up with the most competetive quote 7 times, there's no way that I'd stay with the same company.

There are so many introductory offers out there to get your business that it makes sense to shop around.

I'm with BMW and overall very good and user friendly but tried to get coverage for Morocco last year and a big NO and had to buy the sodding thing at the port...as if getting through wasn't complicated enough already....wished I hadn't bothered really and just bunged someone a few quid if you damaged (haha) one if their jalopies!!! Bloody great place though... You'll have a great time...
