Just posted this in the "insurance" section but thought maybe it might reach a wider audience here
We are negotiating a deal with a UK bike dealer for a number of hire bikes to be placed at our hotel for the summer. Ideally they would be UK registered and arrive at the start of the season and return at the end. This would fit in with the six month limit which applies to vehicles on non Austrian plates remaining in Austria. The insurance seems to be an issue. Does anyone know of a company who provide cover in these circumstances? There appear to be several people offering fly/hire deals from the UK so someone must b able to help. Any suggestions gratefully received.
