Internet Explorer Closing Down

Just recently it keeps closing down as I try to attached files to e mails from a memory stick I have been using for work for 2 yrs. After 3 or 4 attempts it attaches and sends ok. It's not happening all of the time but just enough to be bugging me.

Try Safari instead!!
