Interphone f4 help

I have just purchased an interphone f4 to fit my shoei multitech. I am looking for some pictures of someone with the same set up to see how you have mounted it. The main problem is that the adhesive back plate does not fit the contours of the lid

Given that the Multitech is a flip-front, wouldn't you be better fitting the boom mike?
That's what we've done with thwe Syncrotech 2

I assume you're talking about the actually unit itself, not the comfort mike part? Similar type of problem when I fitted mine to my C3. I just fitted the unit a little bit 'further back' and it seems to hold fine.
