IMHO, for something like this, it pays to have a 'relationship' with a UK dealer. My F4s, for instance, were experiencing pairing issues with my Zumo 660. Through this forum I was able to learn that the issue was one of firmware that was resolvable via the UK importers, who would only receive the units back for upgrade via my UK vendor (Travel-Dri Plus
).
