Invasion of Wexford Part 2

hi, any chance you could find accomodation not far from the main hotel for me and me wiffy, never been to a GSer event before.
Tanks a mill ;)

Hey Ugly Cow (!)
Hadfield near Glossop? Not far from me if so..... Maybe have a mini convoy!

Righto, I emailed the hotel asking about the dates. They emailed me back with prices, but didn't mention availability!?!

No answer on their phone, so I've emailed asking them to clarify if they have a room(s) or not.
Would be happy to camp or BB if nearby (walking distance maybe )

Looking at staying for the following week too :beerjug:

Lancashire? Yorkshire? War of the Roses?

Ugly Cow is in Derbyshire and I'm in Cheshire!!

Mind you... I am from Lancashire originally, and I did live in Yorkshire for a bit (Upperthong... honestly) but left because of the communication issues ;-)

hiya Stanley, yep that Hadfield in gods country we would be going from Holyhead. Not sure but I think we won the last war and the Yorkies arn't understood by anyone, so can be ignored ;) ;):hide

Micky are you a retired police motorcycle rider and once in the BMW club?

Accomodation Update

We went to Enniscourthy today and visited a B&B and second hotel.

B&B The Lemongrove House has some accomodation available with secure parking:

3 rooms - each can be double with a single at €35.00 per person per night

http://www.lemongrovehouse.net/

Phone: 00353 53 9236115

If contacting the B&B please let then know you are part of the UKGSER Group

It is a 15 mins walk from the Riverside Hotel.
The Dinner in the Hotel on the Saturday night is €31.00 per head.

THe other hotel has said it does not have availability for the weekend but is to contact me on Tuesday next to confirm this. It is much nearer to the Riverside (5 mins) than the B&B but its carpark is a public carpark accross the road.

We had a great spin around some of the great roads today so its coming together :thumb2

Cheers Geraldine

Before I cough to that I need to know a few things ... like have I arrested you? Have I carved you up? Spilt your beer? :nenau

Was in Germany last month with Big Bert Tomtwistle, across to Ireland next month with him. Stayed at Micky Mansions the other night when he was having his bike serviced at Rainbow :thumb

Wahoooooo!

We're in :)

It was a bit vague as to whether we had a room or not at the Riverside. Some confusion over the last couple of weeks whilst they were closed.

But all sorted now; Me and Mrs.Stanley (Andy and Sam!) are in :bounce1

Can't wait. Never been to Ireland before, so really looking forward to the weekend and our tour the following week.

Any "must sees"?
