I managed to get it in about 20 minutes, installed on the second time of asking.
Seems fine but doesn't feel quite as slick as ios6.
I'm sure I'll get used to it!

If you use the supplied backgrounds the folders change colour to suit the background. Not sure if it's the same for using your own photos/

Thats closes apps it doesn't delete them. Deleting apps is the same as it's always been.

All 4 devices now updated. I like that you can now set Apps to auto update, as the daily updates drove me mad

It does on mine and it brings the little 'x' up like the old style to delete.

Try updating via iTunes when plugged into you're PC/Mac, it doesn't need as much space or delete music and photos and then load them back on afterwards.
