Weather is cracking so i intend to come down to the island for a day and then go to the New Forest for another day.

My reason for coming is to take some pictures with my new camera and of course get out on the bike.

Only problem i have is where to stay, i used to stay at the Royal Pier but they have sold their secure parking so im stuck for somewhere secure.
I think that as im after landscape pics and the sunset will be near Alum/Totland can anyone recommend a b&b or hotel nearby ?

I have stayed at Rockstone Cottage before but could not remember the name . Ill give them a try first. As for showing me around, ive been going to the IOW for 35 years so consider myself almost a local !!

Your're welcome mate, anytime. Just keep an eye out for nick and myself, he is on a grey 1150gs and I am on my black 650gs, nick is older and knows all the nooks and crannies of the Island, often gets me lost, lol!
