That's what you've got a husband for, isn't it?,...if i can't make shanklin, i'll try and get out early afternoon, i'll get in touch with a mate who's got a GS and head for the 'End of the Line' cafe at Freshwater, maybe if you're passing, look in the car park.

could be interested if i make the 0730 ferry from portsmouth do i have to book in advance and were are you all meeting on the island?,got a marrakesh red 1100gs and i dont belive the rumour about you islanders having twelve toes:D

GS John
Have a look at the first post and theres' a link to the Ferry company, don't think it will be a problem at this time of year to just turn up and purchase. If you do make it I'll see you there. I'll be on the 1150 GSA SE.:D

Whats the plan then, meeting for breakfast (where?) the a ride out, then lunch (where?) Might be able to make this one if I can cancel lunch with some old friends:o

Yea, nick says he knows where that is :thumb
Shep, breakie at shanklin sea front cafe, usual sunday morning biker haunt for the islanders.
Lunch probably be the Wightmouse on the Military Rd / Chale (gonna come in the military end car park as 2 entrances and this one is more suitable).
This time of yr is fairly quiet for the ferries so no drama gettin on, see ya all tomozz for our little beemer convoy

I'm gonna have to butt out I'm afraid, somethin I was half expectin has reared it's ugly head tonight.
Sick as a parrot coz I was lookin forward to it.
Hope to meet up wi you all some other time.

What a GREAT IDEA to go to the IOW! :thumb

It was sunny and warm and the roads were empty ... national speed limits all around and not a speed camera in sight. :D

Here is what I saw of it!

Sani was there bright and early!
