iPad mini - anybody know differences between versions 2 and 3

Had a quick look online today as thinking of getting one for my OH - couldnt really see a difference so thought I could take version 2 and save a few quid

Any thoughts?

Might be worth checking Apple uk site for refurbs too, I got a mini 2 128gb Sim & Wifi for just over £400, delivery almost before shutting down the Mac! Cheers, John B

I bought SWMBO a discounted Mini 2 to replace her Mini 1 and it's significantly faster with a much better screen. It runs all the apps and games perfectly well, so the premium for a Mini 3 would be a waste of money IMHO.
