Bit Map – A mapping app where you scan your own paper maps, calibrate them for satnav use then up load them to your iphone/ipad. Its great fun driving down roads shown as open fields on 100 year old OS maps!

UK Map – OS moving map and mapping that looks just like a normal road atlas but your location is shown as a flashing blue dot, just what I’ve been looking for for exploring because it’s light years better than the ridicules mapping offered by Garmin and TomTom
