Have a bit of patience and wait for the iphone 5.
Off topic........but.................why do some apps. only run on jailbroken phones
From an app. writers point of view isn't there more money to be made if it runs on all iPhones

Some app developers don't want to add to the coffers of Apple Inc. Some apps will go against some of the business links that Apple have ie: charged tethering vs free tethering. Others piggy back on the principles of this, such as wifi sync. Consequently, there are a lot of apps that Apple will not sanction & these can only be installed via alternative installer programs, such as Cydia, & the only way to get Cydia is to jailbreak the phone & remove the tie to iTunes. This creates a free market instead of one that's controlled by Apple & there are people around the world who don't like being controlled - I'm one of them...![]()

iOS 4.1beta has been released to registered iPhone developers & initial reports are that it corrects the signal strength bars & makes them indicate more accurately. However, it does nothing to resolve the antenna problem. Apple are holding a press conference tomorrow evening, 6pm UK time, but won't tell what it's about...
