iPhone-Zumo-BT Dongle

I have a Zumo 550 connected to Autocom plus a bluetooth dongle. I have had to reset it and have forgotten what pairs with what. Can someone clarify the following?

Is the Zumo paired with the BT Dongle or the iPhone or is it paired with all three.

Numpty question I know!!!!
