anyone tried this program that lets you download BBC iPlayer programs.

it's DRM free but seems to be mac only

Just given that a go - what a piece of pish to use - even a Windows user could make that work

"tis indeed very neat. My 7 year now has last Saturday's Dr Who on his IPod Nano.
Downloaded it using iPlayer Downloader and then changed the file format using another freebie program ( isquint ) and copied it on to his Ipod.

bbc site that streams bbc tv programs for 7 days after broadcast. it also allows windows (L)users to download the progs to watch later, but they only work for 7 days. this little app. circumvents that

i Squint is superb for converting to iPod format. been using that for a while. i have the first 4 series of The Wire on my iPod
