Enjoy mate, if I could give one piece of advice if you don't mind,don't bother with Clonkeen head straight from Kenmare to Clonakility famous for it's black pudding then up the coast to Kinsale a foodie paradise, and Carrigaline is nice as well. You'll have much nicer scenic routes as well

Not a very good plan, in my honest opinion. By missing the ends of Peninsula you are missing the best bits. Better to go to Cork, 2.5 hours from Rosslaire, then follow the coast around the Mizzen, Sheeps Head and Beara Peninsula, forget the ring of Kerry which in any case you have left out the best bit.

Day one
Rosllare to Schull
Day two, Mizzen then Sheeps head then Beara and stay in Allihies.
Day three, Allihies to Kenmare then up to Castleisland to go to the very end of Dingle Peninsula stay in Dingle town. Then if you still have the strength, ride to Tarbert take the ferry across the Shannon and do a jaount of the Burren. Stay at Galway for some craic,
Day four head to Dublin, which you could do in just a few hours if taking the motorway.
This would be a way nicer trip

Be careful saying that down in Kerry.....to them it's a vast metropolis!!Superb.
The very SW part of that route is brilliant.
Tralee is a lovely little town too.

We did something similar to this back in `18 and generally enjoyed it. Doing all the Rings ticked a box - watch out for the touristy coaches coming towards you.

Carraigaline as a tourist destination? That's a first. Must be the benefit of the new relief road.
Richie makes some valid points but I suspect his plan is too ambitious for your timescales.
It's worth considering Beara, Sheeps Head, Dingle but it's unlikley you'll manage them all - plus Galway!
At the very least if you're in Kenmare find a few hours for Kenmare - Healy Pass - Glengarrif - Kenmare
The Tarbert Ferry is all very pleasant but it's time consuming. It's real benefit is avoiding Limerick when continuing up the west coast, which you're not doing.
Kilrush - Ennis - Killaloe. Hardly memorable. Looks like you've selected the main road on the map.
Rosslare - Cork: tedious, busy main road. Just press on westward.
And nothing wrong with the Ring of Kerry for a ride or that beallach up the middle of the penninsula.

We do an Ireland trip every year...so we kind of know where we are heading and which roads to take. Clonkeen is not a stop...just a waypoint.
The map just shows a general route....not the ACTUAL route.

Thanks for this..we are actually staying at Ballyvoile, so that route makes sense.
