As long as you're both ok that's the main thing, bikes can be repaired/replaced.

Aye. We both ok. Was the mrs that hit me. Car in front did emergency stop to turn into garage, I stopped in time but she didnt.

Fingers crossed it's fixable. It's heading to Motorrad on Monday. Hopefully to give me good news that it just needs new backend!

Well what's the update from BMW?

Hers is a write off due to cost of repairs. But not had a settlement figure yet but given it was purchased only 3 weeks ago and done less than 200 miles. If insurance offer less than our haste price I hope they know they'll have a fight on their hands

Mine is still with insurance so no update yet but my repairs are only around 3k so exoect mine to be repaired.

I paid the £100 difference and not only got my bike fixed but got an Akro upgrade too. Sounds amazing on the 1350

The other halfs bike is a write off, Beyonce economical repair, but she's just gone and bought herself a 2023 1250 GS Adventure Rally.
