Is it the lambda sensor?

After a 30 minute ride through heavy traffic, the bike only stalled once which was when I initially started her up cold and was putting gloves/lid on.

Anyway, got home & after about 20 minutes I removed those coil stick things (with screwdrivers-no tool under seat) and fired her up. No problems starting, only she sat at about 1k (rather than 1400ish) on the tac and stalled about 20-30 seconds later. Tried again & she stalled after about 10 seconds.

Any ideas?

Re-attach a main plug cap one at a time and see how it runs.
It it runs ok with the left one attached but keeps stalling with the right one attached you then know it's the right one that's failed and vice versa.
Or it could even be both.

Right, well, runs ok on the left, slightly sluggish on the right...but didn't stall on either side.

Bit of a strange one today...first ride of the day she stalled a couple of times in traffic. So I decided to ditch the Akrap & fit the original can after speaking to a mate who said he had 'the exact same problem' which was solved after he got shot of the aftermarket can. So I thought what the heck and tried it. Strangely the bike appeared to run sweet thereafter, the only thing that might be off was the tickover which was about 1100-1200 ish and she dropped revs once but didn't stall. I can't imagine the Akrap can was to blame, especially after 2000 stall free km's. Confused!!

So we opted to drive last week, rather than take the bike. I've done about 400kms with the standard can fitted and the bike does seem to run better. The only problems to report is once stalled while getting geared up, and the revs occasionally drop to 10k.

As mentioned above, removed coil sticks individually and together, bike appeared ok, just sluggish on tickover. What now?
