Lambda sensor

Noticed the lambda sensor wires had been cut on my 53 rt , the plug has been removed from its socket on the harness too. :-k :-k .
Are there any obvious alterations that could have been made? What should I be looking for if so?

Might just have been to stop surging and improve fuelling. I presume you're not getting any engine management warning lights coming on?

Can I suggest you post this on the BMWST forum. The Oilhead section there has a huge fund of knowledge that may well be able to give you more info than you have at the moment.
