I think you can get a plate that will make the pedal thicker using spacers , I have done similar using the touratecc pedal extender ... google is your friend

Rederic Active member UKGSer Subscriber Joined Dec 2, 2009 Messages 270 Reaction score 1 Location west lancs Apr 1, 2017 #7 I had the same problem with mine, even the dealers said it felt low compared to new bikes they had no cure though so I knocked this up to raise the pedal worked for me
