That's the tool, though I may be wrong with the model. I think there is another 'Confederate' bike with a similar 'face' to the 1100GS.
I'll need to hunt back through 'Motorcycle Sport & Leisure' who did a road test sometime in the past 18 months (or search the web).

It's just supposed to be such an extreme item that it catches your attention to showcase the builders fabrication and paint skills which do seem pretty amazing in my opinion
