just been camping for the weekend on the Cumbrian border, it hailed on Friday afternoon which froze solid & it wasn't a very nice ride home today but thankfully, Saturday was a lovely day for a ride in the Lakes

Farndale today was lovely, a veritable sun trap for 5 hours

Brecon was really windy but 150 miles of great roads made the day superb

Airedale OK on Saturday but the run home past Stump cross caverns was very windy, not ideal riding. However the stop at the revised Stump cross café was excellent, tea now in pots with extra water, coffee from a new machine, scones as large as usual. Nice place to sit and watch the hail storm pass.

Loads of daffs today, plus crowds of folks at Low Moor visiting them

Boil was really good , as reported on here frozen fri night plus bonus for late arrivals of hailstones , as big as footballs , ok I exaggerate a bit. Sat was brill lots of different routes , Sun more rain !
