Well i did the deed and left my gs12 at the dealer as part ex. was v sad to see it go as over the last 2 and a bit yrs has given me 16000 enjoyable and trouble free miles. Any regrets? Only that i should have kept the tool kit as the one on the new bike is a bit measley!

Anyway i'm happy.

ps i played safe with another yellow one. Ive got use to the slightly better performance and admiring glances.

From what we read on this forum you are indeed a rare contributor. Two years trouble free riding is a dream to some owners. Hope your new bike gives you even more fun.

I traded tool kits when going from '05 1200GS to '06.

'07 is waiting at dealer/will collect in 3 weeks.

60k miles/1 dip beam bulb on each of the bikes. All else was perfect/not so sure trouble free bikes are that rare. Many thousands have been sold/20 or 50 or even 100 bad ones can give a bad impression but the rest of us don't usually post that they arrived safely without any problems. My '05 visited 48 states in the US and my '06 visited 10 countries in europe.

Wonderful...looking for more.
