I fitted the front coil to my 100GS like this . . .

With a bracket made from angle iron, like this (you don't need both front bolts)
And not only that, but you did it in the middle of a field!

I haven't tried to fit it yet - Will it work with the standard HT leads?
If not I'm going to have to get hold of some replacements rather quick!!![]()

A more down to earth explanation please. I'm trying to be neutral about this. Too much technology and I blow a fuse. Easy to trip over some information or to go round too large a circuit. Maybe I should switch bikes, it's just a phase I'm going through. I've been insulated for far too long
Ok I'll get my coat![]()

red wine does this to you...........especially if you are from the "wrong side of the Pennines
Sorry guys, but
I really need to know if the standard HT leads will work with the Dyna coil.
So I can order some if I need them!!
I prefer the normal BMW HT Black leads with the big rubber caps, (suppressors), I prefer the looks - you do not want any of these fancy brightly coloured stuff on your Bike

Same here - They look far better. They were changed about 1500 miles ago I think, but I think I'll order some more anyways.
Cheers for the advice.
