itunes update = won't run

If like me you've just updated your itunes, then tried to open it, it comes back with a "files are missing" then a fix that worked for me is here:

Basically, control panel, uninstall a program, but then with itunes selected, select repair. Et volia in a few minutes itunes works again

Seems like Garmin and Apple use the same beta testing philosophy
