Well, nearly, altho its a sort of beigey grey with matt white bits mostly:blast

new bike sitting a dealer until 16th june,

1290 superadventure....

now, all I need is a bit of help on few points...

What Oil should I use?
What tyres are best for me?

Will I be able to cope with the 45kgs weight saving and 20 BHP more power over my current vehicule??

What is the best way to tell my wife about the new purchase, should I just let it be a surprise when i ride up on it, or should I start buying bling for it now so she can wonder what all the parcels are as they arrive?
:D

cheers mate......its going to be a different experience, apparently the airbox keeps dust out, mostly and is fine unless you actually do off road on it.........or ride it in dusty conditions...still, lots of bling to buy!!!!

Its here...dealer is about 15 miles away, seemd to have ended up doing 180 miles to get back from there:D

yes steve know what you mean, first attempt did not dispel adverse views that others had of them, after that dealing with wayne has been very good, I think its a problem for him some of the people he employs more than the man himself

More miles on now, this running in malarkey is a bit mundane tho'

oh, and whilst i remember, must say the bike is awesome:D

and light

and fast

good brakes

panniers are pants, tooooo wide!! filtering will no doubt be a case of rick 'o shea off one car to the next.................

maybe if I had some little rubber bumpers fitted to the outside of them............

It's now a bit more orange than before, considering subtle is not my strong suit I am pleased with the results, and have a large volume of burnt orange 3M wrap left to spoil the effect given more time:blast

cheers!
the only slight issue I have with the bike is the rather bland colour scheme, (apart from the panniers, of course, and that damn engine that just incites red mist!!)
