First impressions are very good indeed, light and flickable with enough go to be fun:thumb2

Looks a good un'. As recommended in this month Bike as a nice light tractable bike with good feel when riding in low grip conditions. This ones got pannier frames too:thumb

And colour coded panniers:thumb2

When I bought my GS back on '05 I also had a couple of test rides on a MS............

I loved it and the handling/power/stopping thing where just fantastic. In the end my head (just) overruled my heart and I became a WBM owner

Lovely bike, have fun on it :beerjug:

Andres

Nearly as nice as my new 'un :P

Catch me if you can ;)

Youz two are a constant source of wonder..... :D

Must be getting boring in me old age sticking with the same bike for nearly 10 years.... :rob

Robs currently running at a different bike roughly every 10 days or so ...

.....in fact technically in the last week hes' owned an 1100GS which he pxed for an MTS which then swapped back for his 'old' 1100GS and now he's got another MTS so that's...........oops I think I just ran out of fingers :P

Nearly bought a Cagiva Gran Canyon (900SS engine) fae sooth recently but it was sold so I bought a 1000 V-Strom instead. Even though Ducati's are likely to cause some grief (see last week:D), they are a laugh and are a bit different for the jaded GSer...

I've had a Gran Canyon as well, never missed a beat:thumb2

Sorry Mort, but i really think that is fugly...it looks like it not only fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down, but then someone came and bashed its face in with a big iron for good measure.

Fortunately, you neither do or should give a flying toss what I or anyone thinks, so ride safe and enjoy :thumb2

I had one, it's in another ride report. Loved the thing, never missed a beat mechanically and handled amazingly well. The only drama I had was the blue screen played up when it got wet but mended itself as it dried out. I took it to Gibraltar and it was a great ride through mountains and sweeping a roads.

Enjoy
