Another one of my toys must go - this time it’s my Autotune Aristocat Jaguar XK140.

This is clearly a niche vehicle. I have priced it at £27,000 for a quick sale. Similar cars (actually not as good) have sold for £34,000 recently.

If you are interested, then please send me a message.

The following info is from Autotune’s website. (The car is advertised on their site at £27,995 - they suggested this price to get a quick sale).

See ad - https://www.autotuneuk.com/for-sale/

Designed and built by Autotune in 1983 the Aristocat is a replica ‘within the spirit’ of the famous Jaguar XK Series of Sports Cars.
Built with Jaguars written permission, the Aristocat was designed as a kit form classic which amateur enthusiasts could build at home using ‘donor’ components from any of the Jaguar XJ6, XJS or XJ12 models, 1968 through 1996.

As you can see in the following photos, the car is stunning and mint.

Get in touch if it is of interest.

Cheers
John

What a beauty, and a perfect Replica in my favourite colour Racing Green, closest I ever came to owning one, is I bought a Daimler 250 with similar front n rear bumpers, had the over riders too, that's it. GLWYS.

And maybe worth saying it’s ULEZ compliant !

I never thought that was a kit car, it looks very authentic, what would the real deal cost £120k ?

Stunning.

😍😍 What an absolutely gorgeous car and in my opinion the only colour a Jag should be.

That is automotive Art. Beautiful.

Some vehicles affect you on a visceral level. Stunning.

If only I had £27k spare...

Lovely shape; for the uninitiated, is it fibreglass or metal bodied ?

Stunning car, when good design was an artform, makes you wonder what has happened to car design when you look at the dull, uninspiring, boxy rubbish churned out these days. I assume it does not have any top at all and is a dry day only car.

What a beautiful piece of machinery reflecting the glory days of a once proud company.

There’s an irony that while just about every legacy car manufacturer from the early days - 1950’s through 1960’s onwards - is still around selling cars, Jaguar has barely been able to keep the lights on in its factories. Jaguar have managed to slide from dominance at Le Mans, to embarrassment in current world markets; propped-up by extravagant, extraordinary and nonsensical government business grants and loans stemming back to the foundations which that inept French clown, Thierry Bollore, laid. What a reflection on their leadership and especially their ownership over the recent past compared to the strategy and skills of Bill Lyons.
About the only “success” of late which Jaguar can lay claim to, is their persecution of that Swedish couple who made low volume replicas. And Jaguar even managed to lose that case, at final appeal IIRC.

GLWS 👍

Is there anyone remotely interested in purchasing this from me?

I have plenty scope for negotiation on price for you guys.

I would love a quick hassle free sale.

Cheers
John
