Anyone on here know anything about buying a jap imported car here in Ireland? Is there an issue with insurance? Looking at getting a Mazda premacy/5

Not sure if its still the case but the insurance companies did stop insuring them if it was your first time to insure one.
The problem for them is that if you had an accident the parts (Body Panels) were not available off the shelf and it was too expensive to import them.
