Another excellent experience from AJ's again....:D
went to see them ad hoc to see whther they had a fix or could warranty the mirrors on my GSA as theglass was loose and driving me mad tbh....
As I walked in, Steve the Salesman I'd dealth with when I bought the bike recognized me, said hello, the service Manager Micheal not only had no problems regarding a warranty claim, he chekced out back, brought two new ones thru and arranged for them to be fitted whilst I waited..
sorted me a coffee and also sorted me a few othe questions I had regarding the bike.
Very friendly, very helpful and yet again..makes me want to go back for any parts, change of bike etc.
Top marks to them as a dealership:thumb2
 
They do seem to be a cut above anything I've experienced before, like you say very friendly and seem to put the customer first and foremost - I will be in there on friday for the annual service on the GSA plus the 2 recall fix's.

Beth is going to have a look at the lowered GS650

Not had my ADV very long, so what are the 2 recall fix's ?
