Hi all

I'm soon to take ownership of a GS and am looking at "doing the dream". However being new to the GS world I need to determine which luggage system is best. Anyone with thoughts, or ideas.

Hi Ken,

welcome aboard :thumb

Jesse Odysseys - in silver (good reflective colour, avoids cooking the contents). Do a search for 'Jesse' and you should find a load of info...

Mike:)

Or here ,

I have both types of set second hand and for sale.
They are two very distinct sets of cases.
The jesse bags are robust well thought out and very distinctive
in their style. They in my opinion are the number one set you could buy.

Al jesse

The al jesse comes with all fitments and an exhaust extension .
This takes the heat away from the cases and can only be used
with a standard exhaust set up.
Do not under estimate the heat that your exhaust can generate

they open outward

And away from the bike ,
You can use a top box with this system
You can see the extra 6 luggage racks on this system
108 litres.

Exhaust cut out

This set has a very tidy heat deflector built into the exhaust cut out
I think it is a very nice touch and i have never seen one like
it before.

and finally

Touratech with a wudu exhaust lowering kit
This set virtually guarentees no burning of the pannier on the exhaust side.
