Hi,

I feel that Brian in the service department at John Clark BMW dealership in Dundee deserves a mention on this forum, as I can not recall the last time I felt happy to give a case of beer to a service person in a BMW dealership.

Brian you are a legend.

No, that one was there before. The one which was in the bike department now resides at the new Skoda showroom just along the road...

Another happy customer.............I too would highly recommend the dealership as they have served me very well over a number of years ( and a few bikes ! ) Brian really does go out of his way to ensure great customer service and at a reasonable cost.

Superb, he deserves it. You can give him a case of beer for me as well. He squeezed in my GS for it's 6000mi service after the Swiss/Italian Alps trip, sorted the fuel gauge (again) and the weeping fork seal and had new tyres fitted as well. And he had them come and pick the bike up as I was a bit pressed to get to Dundee...

Can't say enough about him, a real pleasure to work with.

(also, nearly forgot, when I took my 2009 back in to have them sort the leaking front rim under warranty, Brian spotted a small tear in the seat and had them replace that as well). Superb.
