All I can say is that I found the service so poor that I sold my GS which I bought new from them, then bought an Adventure from Allan Jeffries in Shipley!! Now gets serviced at Motorad in Glasgow (opened after I ordered my Adv), first class service, you can chat with the mechanics direct and they offer sound advice/hints/tips.
