Hi All
Have got a chip on order for my old girl any tips after fitting for first start up ie just fire it up or open close throttle, igintion on off a few times etc , thanks for any replies, ride safe all

Good luck! I had a couple of different John Gemi chips on my 1150 twin spark and all they seemed to do was make it hard to start. Wish I never bothered.

Just turn it on and go .It will be faster.mostly in the upper rev range .
In my opinion a john gemmi chip and a y piece is the two best improvements you can do to an oil head

I've had the mans chips and it's never ended with the bike being worse...
