Yes I could but I bet you have Garmin MapSource and can easily do it yorself.
1. Extract the file
2. Start MapSource
3. Choose the menu File and from there select Open
4. Change the fileformat in the bottom of the Open dialog to All files (*.*)
5. Highlight the file and open it (or just doubleclick on it)
6. Save it as jordan.gdb (if you wish, but I guess you only wanted number 5)
Since I'm doing this on a localized Windows-version I may remember the exact English names wrong but it should at least be close to this.
You should probably have at least version 6.7 of MapSource.
