Just fitted swmotech upper and lower engine bars to my 07 1200gs and have noticed that the front end of the bike feels "lower" than before, ive adjusted the suspension with 1 click to try and compenstate for the bikes apparent "droop" just wondered if anyone elses bike has suffered a bit of crash bar droopage, or is it just me?
know the bars add wait but not that much ?
checked all bolts etc holding the forks on and they havent slipped through the yolk or anyhting like that,
any info would put my mind at rest!
cheers

only thing to do is take them off and see if there is a difference from how it is now.
i would not have thought they would add weight to the front in any significant way though.

theres no way itd make it lower, doesnt wiegh enough, stop drinkin:beer::D

my thoughts exactly, although more of a pie connoisseur than a beer monster, just taken them all off and tried it, and seems the same as with them on, checked the tyre pressures too, nothing untoward there either!
oh well, if it all goes pete tong, only got myslef to blame!
