What a fantastic laid back day riding around N. Wales. Off to Woodsies first, for a coffee and some 15/50. Then from Abergele through Llanwrst (i think) to Betws-y-coed. Excellent road, although the mature rider that had gone through the hedge probably doesn't think so! Cotswold in Betws for some dehydrated rations ready for Iceland in 3 weeks time- YIPPEE!!!!!
Then off to Carnarfon, down to Portmadog, Barmouth, back to Betws, Abergele(ish), Denbigh, Mold, Queensferry and home for a cup of tea and a bath.
200 odd miles. Fantastic weather and scenery. The lovely Kirsten pillion. I saw two police vehicles the whole day- and one of them was attending the aforementioned RTA.
It doesn't get any better than that (without taking some clothes off
).
