Nice to see you've improved on it's cleanliness after Roger neglected it in favour of the latest toy one thought on the footpegs, if left in rufty tufty metal mode they do trash the instep of the boots unless you use rufty tufty biker boots.

Or you can fit rubber inserts, to save trashing the boots. IIRC just about any BM peg rubber will fit from the 650 Dakar to 1100 to 1150
