just curious??

If all fails , i got a as new spare caliper you could
try to see if it makes any difference.
Only takes minutes to fit and bleed.
Loan item only so.

its a nearly new disc an new pads, itl need running in a bit more than usual maybe?
other trouble is that uggs comparing it to my bike which i think has an unusually good brake,
the roads he uses for work dont help either, they seem to cover the back disc with crap

an old tdm850 can lock the back wheel good if you stamp on it when a feckin taxi swings out on yer when filtering :thumb2
wonder if he was a mate of the one who had his wing punched in yesterday morning for the same thing

alcohol is a good idea:thumb2

When is it a bad idea?!

I have a spare braided line lying around that you can have if needed, im pretty sure it would fit the rear... ill have a look on mine tomorrow.

Ive done dodgy things to clean up brakes in the past, such as purposefully holding the rear on for a few miles to get it frickin hot. I know some people will start having a go.. but it worked for me on my falco! And my zx9r when i got on the discs.... and on the gs actually when i couldnt be arsed to clean the brake discs after it had been out in the rain for 2 years.... As long as your careful not to warp your disc.... :augie

I can easily get the ABS to kick in using the rear brake at any speed that I've tried, the highest being about 60mph. (1150 Servo ABS)
