Hi all just showing off my bike and giving feed back on some mods

Major changes, Sargent seat, power commander, onlins front and rear & metal mule panniers

There seat is excellent for me took bike to south of France this autumn, did a couple of 600 plus mile days and had no bum pain (never had to much problem with original though)

Power commander impressed with as we'll, was set up on a dyno. The pc remover the jerky throttle around town on small throttle opening. Hasent changed fuel economy any.

Ohlins, have Improved ride, feels smother on typical back roads, and has given me more confident on front wheel during turn in mid corner feel.

Metal mules, as every one who has them say they work excellent, I like the colour match I have, to me they look good.

There reasons for the mods is I aim to to a long trip on bike soon so I wanted to kit the bike out best I could. The amount they all cost I would find hard to justify, but they put a smile on my face and improve a already good bike.

very nice, not sure about the look of the screen though.

Has it made much difference.

Quite like the look of the screen, but have others who don't like looks.

Was on bike when bought it, did change to ome but found ti worse. It showed me how aerodynamics work as after putting on seat (about a inch and half higher) the screen worked better for me now, but not perfect still get some buffeting from it.

Have been looking at the Britannia composite one from Canada but trying to justly price.

But - maybe better getting Ohlins for the BCR, than the GS?

(or - does the BCR have Wilbers already?)

Hi Al

BCR has wilber on already, just thinking which bike feel better for he mod? Trouble is when you get use to the suspension it becomes the norm and you only realise how much better they are is when you get on standard bike.

Think every body should try upgraded shocks to see how good they are, just don't ask to try mine
