Wandered onto some new to me turf last week – North Yorkshire Moors to be precise, for the Ecky Thump rally organised by a very nice man over on the ABR forum.

Based here . . .

Local steam train and beer festival (based around the train stations) saw the rails full all day of old lunkers and puffers . . . and some steam trains as well!

Whitby was mobbed . . . even on a Friday, so didn’t get any fish & chips, just this arty photo of some flash apartments . . .

Finally the camp site and the hoards. Around 12-14 machines when I left the site of Friday morning. Over 60 by the time I got back from my wanderings later the same day!

You’ve done well to cover all those places in an afternoon :D

Couple of those photos look suspiciously like Rudland Rigg…

You wouldn't think that it was possible to spend a lot of money in Goathland would you? Our youngest daughter is getting married up there next spring.

'OW MUCH !!!!????????????.........:tears:tears:tears:tears:tears:tears:tears:tears:tears

When I think of England - it’s this! Beautiful. I really must go north. Last time was Dent 2018 when WrinklyOwlie did a ride out. Very good it was too!
