Captain, a bit OT, but as you're running without a baffle is your bike not ridiculously loud? I'd been running my akro pipe going into the standard cat for a while, and just fitted some remus headers. With the baffle in it's a bit on the quiet side, without it the bike sounds like it's got no exhaust at all 
Makes me wonder whether I should switch to a remus end can as well now.

Yes mate but not horribly loud, just a very nice very loud sound that pops to order on the over run.

The performance difference I kid you not is amazing. Lifts up after each exit of a bend under power and no flat spot in the rev range... The set up of a full Remus system has to be well worth the time effort and money IMHO. The bike is well run in now and it really goes.
Took it out to play in the middle of the week with another ‘tosser’ Autogs on his 1150GSA and he will tell you the same- my bike is as fast as a fast thing-only faster.
The Remus Ti can with the baffle out and header sound gets better and better.

Nice one, I just had another go at fettling with it, it's not quite as loud as I first thought, just a bit louder than before. I guess starting it up in the garage is always gonna be really loud anyway. Oh and it does sound sweet

Techlusion Set Up Please
My GS started misfiring worse than ever at weekend. A minor lie down on the RH side may have cracked a plug cap or even plug, but anyway, my Akra can, Remus Headers, K+N Filter and Wunderlich Techclusion combo now need some serious care and attention.
Can anyone recommend me someone who can actually set this up properly as my ongoing fiddling is unlikely to get the best result?
