Kaoko Motorcycle Accessories......

i bought a cruise control from them

Looking at the same item - any good?

I bought and installed the cruise control from Dutch's US supplier who also supplies Kaoko products.. The cruis is the biz... it looks like it came with the bike and works very well, and with wet gloves, there's no slipping on the notched locking knob.

Dutch: Andrew F. could most likely send you one.

Bought my Kaoko cruise control from

www.adventurersworkshop.com

in the States. A good firm to deal with and I am so impressed with the product I've got one fitted to both my 1150 and 1200 GS.

I have just ordered a cruise control directly from Kaoko. The total cost, including delivery, was £52 (converted from Rands). They quoted 10 days delivery - we shall see...

Yes.

Far easier to use of the move. I once bought a Wunderlich one, but took it back for a refund after using it once.

BEWARE!

The $110 US Kaoko throttle lock doesn't include the bolt your going to need to install it! Quite an insult and time waster if you don't know that beforehand.

I bought mine directly from Kaoko, it came with everything required to fix it and was considerably cheaper than $110, where did you buy yours?

Bought the cruise control directly from them - lots cheaper than reported here and delivered very promptly. Great bit of kit.
