Feck it, been workin all week and the weather has been smashing, off this weekend though so i've decided to jump on the bike and head doon to this Kelso bike fest, never been before but got to be better than cutting the grass:D Anyone up for it:nenau

Is it this weekend?

For some reason I thought that it was next month...:blast

I forgot it was on as it clashes with the 3 peaks piss up but if you cant get down to that I can thoroughly recomend Lelso, its a great venue, great facilities and a marvbelous part of the world.

There used to be a big GS presence there but sadly it seems to have become out of favour.

Have Fun

Wish I'd known.

Me and Johnny could have attended Kelso. We're no' banned from there :augie

Well if anyone else ends up going i'll be on the only GS there by the looks of it so give me a nod :D

Don't bother with Kelso. You'll not miss much. Usual crap for sale on the trade stands and Highland games in the main arena :oonyack

I was there today, hadn't been before.

Quite enjoyed it, weather was good, met a mate I hadn't seen for a while, who bought me an ice cream. :thumb2

Also met Nick Saunders, who signed a copy of Parallel World for me. Had to pay for that though. :blast

Nick Sanders out to make money ? doesn't sound like him

I gave up on his books as I found him just to be a scrounging wee bastard that thinks the world owes him a living:tosser

:blast

He should be heading your way soon - he's doing a "round the UK coast" trip now.

Suppose there might be a book about it eventually... :D

Some time ago, I was told by someone in the motorcycle industry the reason Sanders stopped using Triumphs for his trip was that Triumph America had withdrawn any and all support. Because there had been so many complaints from people paying to go on his trips.
