As per my Klim Marrakesh jacket, I went down a size for the Zephyr jacket, and it fits perfectly over my Rukka Down X.

Buy the same size as whichever Marrakesh fitted you. The Zephyr is stretchy enough that I can wear mine under my Marra, or over it.

You are almost my size. 41" chest and 19.5 shoulder. The size M fitted perfectly over a T-shirt, but was right up in my armpit. No way I could fit something under. Over yes. I went for size L. Size M is £75 at the moment at Sportbike shop.

I'm about to purchase a set of Marrakesh jacket and trousers - does anyone have a Marrakesh jacket in a large or medium that they could stick a tape over as per HGS's post above?
I'm inbetween M&L and can't decide which to order. M is stated for my 40" chest but at 6'2" I'm concerned that the arms will be too short. Thanks

I have a M jacket. I am 6'3" with a 38.5" chest and orangutang (long) limbs. Selves are just a touch short for me. However if you have regular arms. it'll be perfect. I also wear a Rukka RPS AFT Armoured shirt (also in M) under mine (no armour in the jacket), with plenty of space for a duck down jacket underneath as well as a Klim Zephyr wind shirt. Very comfy outfit overall.

I’m a 46 in chest and I sized down from XL to L for the Marrakesh and Zephyr and still have room for my Rukka down x jacket underneath them. Both have inbuilt stretch, so are very forgiving. I’ll measure the arm length of my large and update this shortly.

Edit - pics of sizing attached. Zephyr is the same chest size, but arms are around 2 cm longer.

Just bought a Large Zephyr and the fit is comfy on me, like my large Carlsbad jacket. Feel much better about sizing as I needed the 2XL / 3XL Macna dry cooling vest to go over my stomach
